This is a new Doppelbock brewed with the great Seminarians at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology. Lux Aeterna, which translates from Latin to Eternal Light, starting with fig and date like flavors, followed by some orchard fruit and slight cherry flavor mixed with some caramel notes, this German Style Lager will leave you feeling blessed and warm coming in at 7.2% and 22 IBU’s.
